General Raza stated that any miscalculation by hostile actors in a nuclearised environment will be met with a response far beyond the imagination or calculation of the initiator. The commander warned that adversaries must not mistake Pakistan's commitment to peace for weakness or interpret its restraint as a lack of resolve.
Hostile elements are attempting to exploit internal vulnerabilities across Pakistan to cultivate proxy instruments against national unity. Following a failure in Operation Sindoor, an adversary seeks to fracture Pakistan's social cohesion and state infrastructure by escalating proxy terrorism and sub-conventional warfare.
Raza emphasised that safeguarding national unity, sovereign integrity, and territorial inviolability is an absolute imperative that the military must uphold at all costs. The Pakistan Armed Forces have undertaken a swift multi-domain transformation to fortify the military posture.
Pakistan's role in restoring regional stability is exemplified by the landmark Islamabad Accord and the Mecca Accord, which serves as a sequel to the same vision of durable peace. The nation stands resolute in providing diplomatic, moral, and political support for Palestinian brothers and sisters.
Raza expressed that hearts remain heavily burdened by the ongoing tragedy in Palestine, where innocent people endure systemic oppression. Regarding Kashmir, the general noted that the sacrifices of people in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir shall never be forgotten.
The Commander of the National Security Services (CNSC) conveyed felicitations to cadets from Bangladesh, Iraq, Maldives, Palestine, Qatar, Sri Lanka, Tajikistan, and Yemen. The CNSC awarded the Sword of Honour to Junaid Jabbar, the President's Gold Medal to Syed Hassan Abbas, and the Chief of Army Staff Cane to Ali Ahmed.
Raza told the cadets that mastering the art of leadership enables one to win the hearts and minds of soldiers to earn the right to lead.
