Pakistan will wear specially designed pink kits during the fourth ODI against England on 25 October at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore. The match serves as a dedicated event for Breast Cancer Awareness Day.

England players, match officials, and commentators are invited to wear pink ribbons as part of the initiative. Pink-branded stumps will be featured on the field during the game.

Special Pink Ribbon activities are scheduled to begin at the stadium two hours before the first ball is bowled. Fans attending the stadium can purchase limited-edition merchandise with a pink theme.

PCB Chief Operating Officer Sumair Ahmad Syed said the initiative would use cricket’s popularity to raise awareness about breast cancer and encourage early medical attention. Ali Adnan Zaidi, the PCB Director of Commercial, stated the board wanted fans to actively participate by spreading awareness about early detection and screening among their families and communities.

The Pakistan Cricket Board has partnered with Pink Ribbon Breast Cancer Trust Hospital in Lahore for the campaign. The hospital will provide free breast cancer screenings to fans on 24 October and 26 October.

Omer Aftab, the Pink Ribbon Pakistan Founder and Honorary Chief Executive Officer, said cricket could help bring breast cancer awareness to millions of people across the country. The Punjab Government recently approved three new healthcare projects valued at over Rs. 37 billion.
