Samsung launched the Galaxy Buds On, marking the debut of its first clip-on wireless earbuds. These new earbuds feature an open-ear design, allowing users to remain aware of their surroundings.
Audio quality is enhanced by TwinBoost speakers, which improve the performance in low frequencies. Furthermore, the device incorporates automatic volume adjustment, which modifies playback based on ambient noise levels.
Powering the Buds On is a combination of Qualcomm’s Snapdragon S7 Gen 1 Sound Platform and a Class-D amplifier. For calls, each earbud utilizes three microphones alongside a bone-conduction-based Voice Pickup Sensor.
Users can access Gemini Live through voice commands via Galaxy AI integration. A single charge provides up to 9.5 hours of music playback time with the Galaxy Buds On.
Samsung plans to initially make the earbuds available in the colour Black. The approximate retail price set for the Galaxy Buds On is $220.
Consumers can purchase the Galaxy Buds On starting on 27 October 2026.
