Senator Abid Sher Ali told reporters at Parliament House that the government intends to establish peace and security across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) lawmaker stated that the administration would promote development to ensure the welfare and prosperity of the people.

Any rhetoric directed against these entities does not serve the national interest. National security demands collective responsibility and unity, according to the PML-N representative.
Dialogue remains an ongoing effort to maintain stability. The senator added that there will be no compromise with those who attack the state or its institutions.
