Jazz GSM launched ROX AI and the ROX AI Hub to provide conversational assistance and in-app transactions for its customers. Users can interact with the system using voice or text to ask questions in both English and Urdu.
The ROX AI Hub consolidates three distinct AI models, including Qwen, DeepSeek, and Kimi, into a single interface. Customers can manage their subscriptions, activate Vault deals, and buy tickets for events directly through the chat interface.
Real-time tracking of monthly token usage is available to help users monitor their consumption. Access to these AI tools is included in eligible ROX packages, while users on other mobile networks can gain entry by purchasing a ROX Vault.
