The Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) has opened applications for 29 different job categories across the province. Contract-based positions are available in Lahore and several other districts within Punjab.
Interested candidates must submit their applications through the official job portal of the Punjab government by 4 November 2026. Most advertised roles have a maximum age limit of 45 years, though the Joint Director (GPU Infrastructure) position allows applicants up to 55 years old.
Technical and management roles generally require 16 years of education, while Customer Support Representative and Receptionist positions require 14 years. The Computer Operator and UC Administrator roles require 12 years of education.
PITB will reject any submissions made via email, fax, courier, postal services, or personal walk-in visits. Employees currently serving in government or semi-government departments are required to apply through the proper channel.
Experience requirements vary by role, with the Joint Director (GPU Infrastructure) needing 10 years and Senior Program Manager or Senior Project Manager roles requiring 7 years. Domain Specialist and Manager positions require 5 years of experience, while Incident Response Officer, Senior Program Officer, Senior Software Engineer, and Video Animator roles each require 3 years.
The Video Animator/Photographer position also requires 3 years of experience. Software Engineer, Startup Growth Lead, Regional Coordinator, Network Administrator, DC Support Officer, and Machine Operator positions all require 2 years of experience.
Assistant Manager roles require between 3 and 4 years of experience. Assistant Officer (Operations) and Assistant Program Officer positions require 1 year of experience, while the Associate Software Engineer and Customer Support Representative roles require up to 1 year.
