Xiaomi launched pre-orders for the Mijia Water Purifier 3 1200G in China, with official sales scheduled to commence on 30 October. The unit costs approximately $225 and employs a 13-stage filtration system to eliminate 145 different types of contaminants.

A filtration precision of 0.0001 microns allows the device to purify up to 50 tons of water throughout its rated service life. Internal components include an antibacterial post-filter and materials within the outlet pipe that achieve an antibacterial rate exceeding 99% against Staphylococcus aureus and E. coli bacteria.

Self-cleaning functionality is integrated into the purifier, which also supports a high-flow output of roughly 1400G. Initial flow rates reach up to 3.74 litres per minute, enabling the device to fill a 150ml glass in about 2.4 seconds.

Users can manage the device via the Mi Home app and view information on a high-definition display. The purifier carries an IPX8 waterproof rating, though Xiaomi has not yet confirmed if the product will be available outside of China.
