Monthly remuneration packages for these roles fall between Rs. 64,895 and Rs. 700,000. The Institute operates under the purview of Punjab’s Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department.

Recruitment covers departments including Cardiology, Electrophysiology, Nuclear Cardiology, Anesthesia and Pain Management, Radiology, Interventional Cardiology, Pathology, Pulmonology, Neurology, Dentistry, Infection Control, Blood Bank, Finance, and Medical Records.
Major recruitment posts include Senior Consultant, Consultant, and Junior Consultant roles. For Consultant-level posts, candidates generally need an MBBS degree alongside postgraduate qualifications such as FCPS, MD, MRCP, or other recognized equivalents.
The salary for a Senior Consultant post stands at Rs. 700,000 per month. A Consultant salary is set at Rs. 490,030 per month.
The remuneration for a Junior Consultant is Rs. 394,968 per month. Candidates from across Pakistan are eligible to apply for the Senior Consultant, Consultant, and Junior Consultant positions.
However, applicants for the remaining job categories must possess a Punjab domicile. NSIC has allocated a 5% quota for minorities and a 3% quota for persons with disabilities.
