Hearing Reschedules To 20 October After Delay Request Granted

Chancellor I’Ashea L. Myles granted a delay request on 6 October, rescheduling a hearing originally set for 9 October to 20 October. The initial hearing date was previously set for 9 October.
Lawsuit filings on 5 October stated that Bryan Seaver attempted to evade service. Furthermore, the court issued a two-week temporary restraining order on 23 September.
The judge stated that the defendants' conduct showed evidence of a present and continuing disruption and threat to She’s Alive’s operations and personnel. The judge added that the communications described concerned future conduct and threatened harmful retaliation, posing a current irreparable threat to the plaintiff.
The temporary restraining order will remain active until 20 October. Seaver is due to submit his written response by 13 October.
