Tammy Beaumont signed a new two-year agreement to continue with the Blaze, extending her commitment until at least 2028. The 35-year-old cricketer, who began her career with Kent in 2007, confirmed the extension.

Beaumont stated, "I'm so excited to be here for another couple of years as we hopefully try to defend some of our trophies we won this year." Her recent efforts saw her helping The Blaze secure the T20 Blast, the County Cup, and the One-Day Cup in 2026.

Throughout her time with the team, Beaumont amassed over 2,600 runs across 78 appearances for The Blaze and its predecessor. This season alone, she recorded more than 900 runs in 35 matches.

In her career for England, Beaumont has accumulated more than 7,300 runs. Her international record for England includes 140 one-day, 109 T20, and 12 Test appearances.

Craig Cumming described Beaumont as one of the highest-quality players of this generation.
