LPG vessel Yellowstone arrives at Port Qasim with 4,000 metric tons
The LPG vessel Yellowstone berthed at Port Qasim at 8:42am carrying 4,000 metric tons of liquefied petroleum gas. Port Qasim Authority officials confirmed that handling of the imported consignment has commenced.
The Port Qasim Authority stated the shipment highlights the port's role in satisfying the energy needs of commercial and domestic users. Trade across the border with Iran resumed at the Gabd-Rimdan crossing on Saturday after a one-week suspension.
The additional imported supply might improve the availability of LPG in the country.
