The Sindh government has ordered an investigation into alleged irregularities regarding the Intermediate Part-II results of the Hyderabad Board. Provincial minister Muhammad Ismail Rahoo approved the formal notification issued by Abbas Baloch, the Secretary of Universities and Boards.

Ejaz Ali Kaka, the Deputy Controller of the Top Secret Branch, has been suspended by the provincial government. A three-member committee will lead the inquiry into the matter.

Professor Dr. Arbeela Bhutto will chair the committee, joined by members Dr. Nasrullah Pirzada and Additional Secretary Ameer Fazal Owaisi. The team is tasked with examining Pre-Medical and Pre-Engineering results, specifically focusing on the records of position holders, the top 10 candidates, and students who earned A-1 and A grades.

Investigators will review the announcement process, tabulation, answer-sheet checking, and result preparation for possible discrepancies. Kaka has received instructions to cooperate with the inquiry committee and relevant authorities.

The committee is required to provide its recommendations and final report to Rahoo within 30 days.
