Sophia Laforteza is returning to the musical group Katseye, according to recent reports. Lara Raj, Daniela Avanzini, Megan Skiendiel and Yoonchae Jeung expressed their support for Laforteza while on the carpet at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show on 18 October.
The ensemble began its “Wildworld” tour in Dublin on 1 September. Miami served as the first United States destination for the tour on 13 October.
Performances will continue across North America until the end of November, with scheduled stops in Boston, Montreal, Chicago, Los Angeles and Mexico City. Manon Bannerman previously announced a temporary hiatus from the group on 1 February, though no official date for her return has been shared.
The group originated from the 2023 reality competition series “Dream Academy,” where members trained as K-pop trainees. Disney+ and Hulu released the documentary “Katseye: Wild Hearts” on 16 October.
This film follows the group's journey after the Netflix docuseries “Pop Star Academy: Katseye.”
