More than 15,083,752 ticket applications have been submitted for the ICC Men's Cricket World Cup 2027. This figure represents a sharp rise from just 1,000,000 applications recorded during the previous week.

Fans from 142 countries generated 4,423,417 ballot registrations to participate in the draw. The tournament will take place across South Africa, Zimbabwe, and Namibia from 2 October to 21 November 2027.

The final match is scheduled for 21 November 2027 at the Wanderers in Johannesburg. Registration for the ticket ballot remains open until 21 November 2026.

ICC Chief Executive Officer Sanjog Gupta said, "The overwhelming demand for tickets is testament to the stature and appeal of the Cricket World Cup, the allure of Africa as a destination and the anticipation for the event generated by the ICC and its partners' promotional activities leading up to the event launch." Gupta added that the organisation has planned a runway of 360 degree activations and multi-platform campaigns to elevate fandom with one year remaining until the event.
