XPENG will introduce the G9L model to Pakistan next month following its global launch at the 2026 Paris Motor Show on 12 October. The manufacturer previously released the G9L in China during September.

European specifications for the SUV measure 5,120 mm in length, 1,999 mm in width, approximately 1,788 mm in height, and feature a 3,100 mm wheelbase. Rear-wheel steering technology on the G9L reduces its turning radius to roughly 5.5 metres.

The European version utilizes a 110 kWh NCM battery and an 800V electrical architecture with 5C ultra-fast charging technology. Under suitable conditions, the vehicle can charge from 10% to 80% in as little as 11.7 minutes, with peak DC charging power reaching 540 kW.

Two primary performance variants exist for the European market: a RWD Long Range version producing 270 kW (around 362 hp) and 465 Nm of torque, and an AWD Performance version generating 430 kW (around 577 hp) with 695 Nm of torque. The RWD Long Range model offers a WLTP range of up to 591 km and accelerates from 0-100 km/h in 7.0 seconds, while the AWD Performance version reaches 100 km/h in 4.9 seconds with a WLTP range of up to 553 km.

Chinese-market G9L REEV models use a dual-motor AWD system and a 1.5-liter petrol range extender, providing up to 435 km of pure-electric CLTC range and 1,602 km of combined CLTC range. Interior options for the European G9L include six or seven seats across three rows, a 21.4-inch 3K+ roof-mounted rear entertainment display, and an 88-inch augmented-reality head-up display.

The SUV runs on XPENG XOS 6.0, supports five-screen interaction, and utilizes Turing AI chips. Higher-specification Chinese versions can employ up to three Turing chips with a combined computing capability of 2,250 TOPS.

Safety features for the European G9L include nine standard airbags, following a development process involving 192 crash tests and three years of testing across 26 countries and regions covering more than 6.74 million kilometres. The vehicle can wade through water up to 700 mm deep and offers a towing capacity of up to 2 tonnes on applicable versions.

Pricing for the European model starts at €74,990 in France and €74,600 in Germany. In China, XPENG launched six G9L variants with prices ranging from RMB 231,800 to RMB 309,800.
