Pakistan condemned Houthi attacks targeting Saudi Arabia’s economic and civilian infrastructure, including a strike on Riyadh’s international airport. Ambassador Usman Jadoon stated, "These attacks must cease immediately."

The Saudi-led coalition has been engaged in conflict with the Houthis since 2015, but Yemen’s civil war reignited on 1 July after a UN-brokered truce failed. Pakistan also called for an end to settler violence in the West Bank and urged Israel to stop attempts to annex occupied Palestinian territory.

Jadoon warned that settlement expansion, specifically the E1 project greenlit by Israel last year, threatens to sever Palestinian territorial contiguity. The ambassador noted that settler violence, land seizures, and forced displacement are dismantling the foundations of peace while entrenching annexation.

Pakistan supports the full implementation of Resolution 2803 and the New York Declaration, maintaining that a two-state solution is the indispensable foundation for lasting peace. The country also condemned Israeli incursions into Al-Aqsa Mosque.

Deputy Permanent Observer Majed Bamya stated more than 1,000 Palestinians had been killed over three years in the occupied West Bank. Bamya asked, "If violence is an impasse, as we are often told, and I believe it is, how can Israeli militarism be justified while Palestinian pacifism is demanded?"

France’s ambassador Jerome Bonnafont and Britain’s Ambassador Sarah MacIntosh both called for an end to settlement expansion, with MacIntosh demanding an immediate halt to the E1 project. The United States defended President Donald Trump’s comprehensive Gaza peace plan, which was endorsed by Security Council Resolution 2803 (2025).

Ramiz Alakbarov reported approximately 1,500 Palestinian fatalities since the ceasefire, including more than 320 children and 140 women. Alakbarov estimated that 950,000 people live in areas at medium or high risk of flooding, with more than 4,000 buildings being used as shelters at risk of collapse.
