Pakistan and the Arab League on Culture and Education for Science (ALECSO) agreed to develop joint projects in dance, drama, arts, and music. Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ould Amar led the ALECSO delegation during the meeting as Director-General of the organisation.

The visiting group included Mourad Mahmoudi, Secretary of the Executive Council and the General Conference from Algeria, and Prof. Mohamed Jemni, Director of the Department of Information and Communication from Tunisia. Other members of the delegation were Prof. Mohammed Sanad Subeh Darwish, Director of the Department of Science and Scientific Research from Jordan, and Muhammad Murtaza Noor, National Coordinator of the Inter-University Consortium for Promotion of Social Sciences Pakistan.

Asad Rahman Gillani, Secretary of the National Heritage and Culture Division, attended the discussions. "We are eager to collaborate with Pakistan in the cultural sector," Prof. Amar said.

Aurangzeb Khan Khichi expressed interest in signing a Memorandum of Understanding to preserve cultural heritage and invited the delegation to visit the Department of Archaeology and Museums. The site visit would allow the group to explore Gandhara heritage, which dates back approximately 5,000 years.

Gillani proposed that a Pakistani cultural troupe perform at events organised by ALECSO. The delegation suggested creating an exhibition space in a dedicated cultural corner at a Pakistani institution.

Members of the ALECSO group also visited the National Institute of Folk and Traditional Heritage (Lok Virsa).
