A group of individuals broke down the front door of a residence late at night to take Iqrar ul Hassan into custody. Two men seized Hassan as he emerged from his room, while two women accompanied the group.
Farah Iqrar reported that she suffered a hand injury during the incident and asked, "Who are you people?" The woman noted that she saw the letters 'NCCIA' on the sleeves of the women involved but stated, "Other than that, I know nothing."
Officials confiscated a laptop, mobile phones, a DVR, and CCTV footage during the operation. The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) completely denied having Hassan in its custody before a judicial magistrate.
Mian Ali Ashfaq stated, "The court clearly and explicitly asked them about the custody and production of Iqrar-ul-Hassan Syed." Azma Bukhari confirmed that Punjab Police has not arrested Hassan, adding that the matter is under investigation and his family will be notified once verified information arrives.
Quratulain requested Maryam Nawaz to alert the administration to recover Hassan, noting that the family does not know his location or what evidence is being fabricated against him.
