Microsoft opens Xbox Cloud Gaming to non-subscribers starting November

Microsoft announced that users can access Xbox Cloud Gaming without a Game Pass subscription beginning in November. Pay-as-you-go bundles for the service will start at $3.99 for 10 hours of playtime.
Xbox Insiders are eligible to purchase these cloud playtime packs immediately. Additional options for Insiders include 25 hours for $7.99 or 50 hours for $11.99.

These purchased hours remain valid until they are exhausted. Cloud hours provide benefits such as higher-quality streaming, shorter wait times, and an ad-free experience.
The company is also testing a free, ad-supported cloud gaming option for Xbox Insiders. Free sessions are capped at one hour and are restricted to games the user already owns.
Microsoft has secured the streaming rights for Grand Theft Auto VI.
