DC directs improvements for Central Eidgah ahead of Khatm-e-Nabuwwat Conference

The Deputy Commissioner (DC) visited the Central Eidgah to review preparations for the annual Khatm-e-Nabuwwat Conference, which is scheduled for Thursday evening. During the inspection, the DC directed various departments to ensure the provision of optimal facilities for all scholars, guests, and participants attending the event.
The DC also instructed that thorough cleaning must take place at the Central Eidgah and along the routes leading to the venue. Furthermore, the DC mandated the provision of adequate lighting and designated parking areas at the Eidgah premises.
The DC inspected the existing waste collection services and the general cleanliness standards. Staff members received directives from the DC to enhance door-to-door waste collection methods and to resolve outstanding complaints.
Expressing dissatisfaction with the Mini Stadium's current inactive state, the DC directed the PHA to restore the facility within a three-day timeframe.
