Balochistan Assembly approves Jinnah Train Service extension to Yaro Railway Station

The Balochistan Assembly unanimously passed a resolution to extend the Jinnah Train Service from Kuchlak to Yaro Railway Station. Syed Zafar Agha, an MPA from Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam, moved the motion during a session chaired by Speaker Captain (retd) Abdul Khaliq Achakzai.
The proposal requires building a new 12-kilometre railway track connecting Yaro to Pishin. Agha stated that the Jinnah People’s Train Service between Quetta and Kuchlak has provided citizens with an affordable and safe travel option.
Jamaat-i-Islami MPA Hidayatur Rehman Baloch also submitted a call-attention notice regarding subsidies and financial aid for livestock farmers. Parliamentary officials disposed of the notice following an assurance from the relevant parliamentary secretary.
