BISE Lahore conducts mock test for new on-screen marking system

BISE Lahore commenced a mock test for its forthcoming on-screen marking system. During this trial, 150 students from Government College University (GCU), Punjab College, and Superior College participated using e-sheets.
Muzammil Mahmood stated that the e-marking system would boost student confidence in the examination process and simplify the identification of impersonators via e-sheets. Professor Badar-ul-Islam noted that expert teachers from across Pakistan could grade papers under the new framework, with only qualified educators permitted to verify them.
Furthermore, Tauseef-ur-Rehman claimed that implementing e-marking would substantially decrease complaints concerning the rechecking of examination papers. Separately, Punjab authorities ordered a 24-hour duty at schools currently under construction.
In a different development, Sindh announced the provision of 50,000 free electric scooters specifically for women. Finally, the Government of Punjab approved an allocation of Rs. 1 Billion for Lahore Sports Venues in preparation for the SAF Games.
