Uzbekistan Airways to increase weekly flights to Islamabad starting October

Uzbekistan Airways will increase its flight frequency between Tashkent and Islamabad from two to three times per week starting 26 October. The current schedule for the Tashkent–Islamabad–Tashkent route consists of flights on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
Under the new arrangement, the airline will operate these flights on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. More than 20,000 Pakistani tourists travelled to Uzbekistan in 2025.
Nearly 20,000 Pakistani visitors also flew to Uzbekistan during the first nine months of 2026. Eight scheduled flights currently connect Uzbekistan and Pakistan every week.
Four of these weekly flights serve the Tashkent–Lahore route, while two operate on the Tashkent–Islamabad route. The total number of weekly scheduled flights between the two countries will reach nine following the expansion.
