Ten MDCAT students approach Sindh High Court seeking halt to merit list and admissions

Ten MDCAT students approached the Sindh High Court (SHC) to seek an injunction against the final merit list and medical college admissions processes. Advocate Muhammad Nawaz Dahri filed the petition on behalf of the students.
The legal action names six parties in total. Furthermore, the petitioners requested that the court direct the authorities to upload the MDCAT question paper and corresponding answer keys within a three-day timeframe.
The MDCAT examination took place on September 20. Advocate Dahri stated that students cannot accurately verify the answer keys without access to the original examination questions.
A mere difference of a few marks, he added, possesses the power to alter a student's standing on the merit list.
