Fitbit Edge Rumoured Successor to Charge Line, Bridging Pixel Watch and Air

Rumours suggest the Fitbit Edge will serve as the successor to the midrange Charge line of wearables. This potential new device is expected to occupy a middle ground between the Pixel Watch and the Fitbit Air.
Sources anticipate the Fitbit Edge will deliver a battery life lasting up to seven days. Furthermore, the Edge is expected to incorporate built-in GPS functionality alongside an altimeter.
App support for the Fitbit Edge will reportedly be limited, covering only Google Maps and YouTube Music. The previous iteration of the Fitbit Charge line received its last update in 2023.
Estimates place the price bracket for the Fitbit Edge between $150 and $200. For comparison, the Fitbit Air currently retails for $99.99.
The Pixel Watch, conversely, begins its pricing at $399.99. The Charge 6 model was previously listed for $159.95.
