OxfordAQA leads exam stress management session at KGS Wellness Connect 2026

OxfordAQA participated in KGS Wellness Connect 2026 to address student mental health and academic pressure. More than 57 counsellors attended the event, representing 28 different schools located across Karachi.
The organisation led a specific session focused on Managing Exam Stress to provide educators with practical tools. Salma Adil, Director of OxfordAQA Pakistan, said, "Student wellbeing is an essential part of a meaningful educational experience. While academic achievement remains important, students are best placed to succeed when they feel supported, understood, and able to manage the challenges they encounter both inside and outside the classroom."
Adil added that initiatives like KGS Wellness Connect allow practitioners to exchange perspectives and explore approaches that place wellbeing at the heart of education.
