KP Government launches e-Fard portal and Digital Public Feedback System

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government formally launched the e-Fard portal and a Digital Public Feedback System. Shahab Ali Shah chaired a weekly review meeting concerning these digital initiatives.
Access to the e-Fard portal is available through three distinct channels. Downloading the e-Fard document requires the user to possess a biometrically verified identity from NADRA.
Payment for the service must be made electronically via 1Link or Easypaisa. A QR code printed on the document permits online verification against the central land records.
Furthermore, the system allows for feedback collection via telephone contact for revenue service users. Complaints lodged by dissatisfied citizens will appear directly on the Deputy Commissioner’s dashboard.
This collected feedback will assist in monitoring district performance and gauging citizen satisfaction levels. Digital reforms are anticipated to reduce the number of land-related complaints across the region.
