Brick launches $129 device to prevent doomscrolling in bed

Brick released a new hardware device called the Brick Night to help people reduce doomscrolling while in bed. The product retails for $129.
Bluetooth technology enables the Brick Night to activate automatically as a person enters a room. A location zone of up to 25 feet by 25 feet can be established for the device.
Multiple users can be supported by the system, with each person able to independently set their own modes, blocked applications, time windows, and spaces. Two CR2477 batteries power the unit.
The Brick Night lacks NFC capabilities and cannot perform tap-based blocking. In comparison, the original Brick costs $59.
